六对症食疗——吃对食物才能养好体质
两千多年前,《黄帝内经》就已经意识到体质与健康有着重要关联。每个人的体质不同,所对应的养生保健食疗方法也是不同的。如果盲目地去追求健康,反而容易适得其反,所以,了解自己的体质,而后对症食疗,才是养生的根本。
中医中根据脉诊、舌诊、临床症状将人的体质分为八种类型,包括阴虚体质、阳虚体质、气虚体质、血虚体质、阳盛体质、血瘀体质、痰湿体质、气郁体质,其中,在现代人身上最常见的有阴虚体质、气虚体质、痰湿体质、气郁体质四种。
